ASP Visiting Status - VISITING UPDATE

*UPDATE*: As of 10/1/2022 building 130, 140, 520, 530 and 550, have been placed on “Quarantine Status”. These buildings will not be eligible to receive any visits during this phase. ASP is currently offering ALL day visiting (see below for hours) Visitors must have a vaccination record or have a valid covid-19 test taken within 72 hours. At-home or over the counter tests will not be accepted. If the person you are visiting is un-vaccinated and has a medical or religious exemption you must schedule utilizing the (VSA) at https://cdcr.gtlvisitme.com/app scheduling application. Request sent via email will not be reviewed. The request period begins eight days prior to the visitation day and closes five days prior to the visitation day. Effective Jan. 3, 2022, incarcerated persons must be fully vaccinated, or have an approved medical or religious exemption, prior to participating in the in-person and family visiting programs. “Fully vaccinated” is defined as being 14 days past the last injection of a series. Visiting Hours are as follows: In-Person: Friday 11:30a.m. to 6:00 p. m., Saturday, and Designated Holiday’s 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Video Visits: Sunday 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Walk-Ins are accepted for fully vaccinated inmates only, no exceptions. CCI Visiting Status - Update

***On September 20, 2022 new visiting guidelines went into effect. Please visit https://www.cdcr.ca.gov/covid19/update-to-visiting-regulations/ to see the newest regulations. ***Facility B H.U. 2 and 4 and Facility C H.U. 3 and 5 are currently on OUTBREAK and will not have visits until completing their quarantine periods. ***Facility B STG inmates are on a modified program and WILL NOT have visiting. ***Starting Friday, August 5, 2022 CCI started offering “all day” visiting. Scheduled visits will be processed beginning at 12:15 PM on Fridays and 8:15 AM on Saturdays. CCI will allow walk in visits starting at 3:30 PM on Fridays and 11:30 AM on Saturdays, no walk in visits will be processed prior to these times. Sign-Ins for walk-in visits will start at 2:00 PM on Fridays and 10:00 AM on Saturdays. All walk in visitors must be processed by 6:00 PM on Fridays and 2:00 PM on Saturdays. Non-Contact visits will be one hour long. In the event of overcrowding a visit may be terminated after one hour to allow others to visit. CMC Visiting Status - Update 09/20/2022

Roadmap to Reopening: All CMC housing units are currently in the OPEN phase. All incarcerated persons (IP) assigned to a housing unit in the OPEN phase are eligible to participate in the in-person visiting program regardless of vaccination status. Three Visitors per IP are allowed, to include children. Children under age 2 are allowed, and are not required to wear a face cover. Visitors are no longer required to present proof of vaccination or negative COVID test result prior to the visit. However, ALL Visitors must self-screen negative for COVID symptoms on the day of the visit. A Visitor displaying symptoms consistent with a contagious disease will be denied entrance or the visitation terminated. Visitors older than 2 and IPs shall continue to wear face coverings when not actively eating/drinking. IPs in isolation are NOT eligible for in-person visiting. In-person visiting hours are Friday 1200–1900 hours and Saturday 0845–1500 hours. Walk-in visits will be considered after the first 2.5 hours of visiting. Walk-ins will be processed up until one hour prior to the end of visiting. The Visitation Scheduling Application (VSA) shall be used to schedule in-person and video visits. California State Prison Sacramento
SAC Visiting Status - Phase Update

In order to reserve a visiting time, you can schedule appointments through GTL for Fridays and Saturdays. Visitor processing will open at 11am on Fridays and 7am on Saturdays, starting with appointments first. Visitors must arrive within one hour of their scheduled appointment to avoid it from being canceled. Once all appointments have been processed, Walk-in Visitors will be allowed on a first come, first serve basis, which will then be determined on the available visiting space. There will be no time limit on visits except those that are Non-Contact which will have a maximum time limit of 1 hour. All Non-Contact visits are to be scheduled through GTL only, no walk-in visits will be allowed for Non-Contact visits. Visitors must be processed by 4pm on Fridays and 1pm on Saturdays. Once at full capacity, visiting staff will announce a voluntary outline, followed by chronological termination of visitors to allow equitable allocation of visiting time. Pre-visitation COVID testing for visitors will no longer be required, regardless of vaccination status; however, each visitor must self-screen negative for COVID symptoms on the day of the visit (except for Family Visiting). Inmates and visitors must remain in compliance with COVID mask policy. The maximum number of visitors is 3 visitors. Children under the age of 2 are now allowed to visit and will not be required to wear a face covering. GTL scheduling opens at 6am, 8 days prior; and closes at 12am, 5 days prior. SOL Visiting Status - September 30, 2022

UPDATE: Solano is operating at OPEN PHASE. The Walk-In process will be allowed for all buildings in the Open Phase except Non-Contact visits. Starting October 7 hours will be 12:00pm-6:30pm on Friday & 8:00am-2:30pm Sat & Sun. Visitors may start receiving Walk in passes for Friday @1230pm, and may line up Friday @230pm, on Saturday Visitors may start receiving Walk in passes @9:30am and start lining up @10:30am. Processing into visiting for walk-ins will cease 90 minutes before the closure of visiting. Children under the age of 2 may now visit, masks are no longer required. CAL Visiting Status - CAL Visitation Update

CAL is now in an Open Phase. No visits for the following: All Housing Areas Are Available for Visitation. Walk-Ins: Friday 15:00-17:00 and Saturday 12:00-14:00, Processing walk-ins will begin 1 hour prior to starting time. Walk-in visits are only allowed for inmates who are fully vaccinated. Inmates who are not vaccinated and have a religious/medical exemption must schedule and appointment via GTL website (cdcr.gtlvisitme.com/app) to ensure proper screening prior to visit. All Behind the Glass visits will be scheduled by email (CALVideoVisiting@cdcr.ca.gov) from Sunday 7:00am - Tuesday 11:59pm. Behind the Glass Visits are one hour. CEN Visiting Status - CEN VISITING STATUS - OPEN PHASE/OUTBREAK PHASE

Roadmap to Reopening Phase Status OPEN PHASE: All incarcerated Inmates residing in a facility which is in OPEN phase are eligible for in-person visitation, regardless of their vaccination status. Additionally, children under the age of two are allowed to visit without a face covering, however they must undergo a COVID symptom screening the day of the visit. All visitors will no longer need to submit to pre-visit COVID testing regardless of vaccination status; rather, each visitor must self-screen negative for COVID symptoms on the day of the visit. The pre-visit COVID testing for the incarcerated population will no longer be necessary, regardless of vaccination status. Facility A5, will not be eligible to receive visits. Chuckawalla Valley State Prison (CVSP) is in the “OPEN PHASE”.CVSP has returned to full capacity for In-person visiting beginning Saturday, September 03, 2022. KVSP UPDATE, Mask mandate is in effect for Facilities under outbreak status. We are currently operation under Covid 19 precautions. Children under 2 are now allowed to visit. Facilities A, B, C, D, M, and ASU1 are under open phase with the exception of Facility B Building 4. REMINDER Appointments are allowed to be on grounds 1 hour prior to their appointment time, Walk-ins are allowed to enter 30 minutes prior to the walk in time. Walk-in visits are not a guarantee. KVSP Visiting Hours: In Person FRI: 1130 – 1830, Walk-ins accepted FRI- 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM, SAT: In person 0800 – 1430, Walk-ins accepted SAT- 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, SUN: Video Visiting 0800-1430.
