ASP Visiting Status - Visiting Update

*UPDATE*: As of 03/18/2023, ASP currently offers All-day visiting (see below for hours). You must schedule utilizing the (VSA) at https://cdcr.gtlvisitme.com/app scheduling application. Requests sent via email will not be reviewed. The request period begins eight days before the visitation day and closes five days before the visitation day. Visiting Hours are as follows: In-Person: Friday 11:30 a.m. To 6:00 p. m., Saturday, and Designated Holidays 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Video Visits: Sunday 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Walk-Ins are accepted for In-Person Visits: start times Friday: 2:00 p.m., Saturday: 10:00 a.m. Please review the Visiting Rules (Proper attire, Allowable Items, etc.) prior to your appointment. Face Masks are optional for all persons within the secured perimeter. Please be advised that all visitors are not allowed onto institution grounds until 30 minutes prior to their respective visit. Visitors who violate this policy are subjected to discipline, including but not limited to termination of visits. **As a reminder, a certified copy of each minor's birth certificate must be brought with an adult visitor accompanying a minor (18 years or younger) at all times, regardless of whether the child has previously visited ASP. CAC Visiting Status - CAC VISITING STATUS

*UPDATE* Starting February 24, 2023, Walk-in visit will be able to check in one (1) hour prior to walk in times, on Friday the passes will be passed out starting at 12:30 and Saturday at 09:30. Starting February 5, 2023, inmates housed in the general population effected by the Program Status Report in C1A, that have not been approved to receive visits, will begin to receive video visits. There will be five (5) slots available per hour, for a total of 10 available spots. This will occur the first Sunday of every month. The 08:00am and 09:30 visiting times will be reserved specifically for those inmates effected by the PSR in C1A. Anyone that schedules a video visit during these two-time frames and is not part of the general population that is affected by the PSR in C1A, will have their visit canceled. To schedule a visit for these days, you will need to email CACVideoVisiting@cdcr.ca.gov stating your name, the Inmates CDC#, and date of the video visit, or call (760)246-7600 Ext. 7142. CCI Visiting Status - Update

Scheduled visits will be processed beginning at 12:15 PM on Fridays and 8:15 AM on Saturdays. CCI will allow walk in visits starting at 3:30 PM on Fridays and 11:30 AM on Saturdays, no walk in visits will be processed prior to these times. Sign-Ins for walk-in visits will start at 2:00 PM on Fridays and 10:00 AM on Saturdays. All walk in visitors must be processed by 6:00 PM on Fridays and 2:00 PM on Saturdays. Non-Contact visits will be one hour long. In the event of overcrowding a visit may be terminated after one hour to allow others to visit. Scheduled visits may be approximately 3 hours. Video Visiting Days and Times: Sundays from 8 AM to 3 PM for ALL facilities. In Person Days and Times: Friday from 12:15 PM to 6:45 PM and Saturdays and designated Holidays from 8:15 AM to 2:45 PM. Buildings/Inmates on quarantine status or STG modified program will not have In-Person or Video Visiting. Inmates are still only allowed one (1) visit per day.

CHCF Visiting Status - Update

Vending machines are available with limited drinks and snacks. Please bring money in dollar bills as the the change machine in not consistent at this time. CMF Visiting Status - Open

Inmates housed in quarantine/outbreak units will be eligible to program if they consent to Point of Contact COVID-19 testing on days 1,3,5 and 7, however this program DOES NOT apply to overnight family visiting. CMC Visiting Status - Update 2/23/2023

Roadmap to Reopening: All CMC housing units are in OPEN phase. All IP assigned to a housing unit in OPEN phase are eligible to participate in the visiting program. Five (5) Visitors per IP are allowed, to include children. Children under age 2 are allowed. ALL Visitors must self-screen negative for COVID symptoms on the day of the visit. In-person visiting hours are Friday 1200–1900 hours and Saturday 0845–1500 hours. Walk-in visits will be considered after the first 2.5 hours of visiting. Walk-ins will be processed up until one hour prior to the end of visiting. The Visitation Scheduling Application (VSA) shall be used to schedule in-person and video visits. LAC Visiting Status - Visting Status: OPEN

SAC Visiting Status - Modified Visiting

In order to reserve a visiting time, you can schedule appointments via GTL for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Visitor processing will open at 11am on Fridays and 7am on Saturdays, starting with appointments first. Visitors must arrive within 1 hour of their scheduled appointment to avoid it from being canceled. Once all appointments have been processed, Walk-in Visitors will be allowed on a first come, first serve basis (12:30 Fri & 8:30 Sat), which will then be determined on the available visiting space. There will be no time limit on visits except those that are Non-Contact which will have a maximum time limit of 1 hour. All Non-Contact visits are to be scheduled through GTL only, no walk-in visits will be allowed for Non-Contact visits. Visitors must be processed by 4pm on Fridays and 1pm on Saturdays. Once at full capacity, visiting staff will announce a voluntary outline, followed by chronological termination of visitors to allow equitable allocation of visiting time. Pre-visitation COVID testing for visitors will no longer be required, regardless of vaccination status; however, each visitor must self-screen negative for COVID symptoms on the day of the visit. CAL Visiting Status - CAL Visitation Update

Update: Children under 2 years of age may now be included in visitation. CAL is now in an Open Phase. No visits for the following: C1 Housing Unit has no visits. Effective March 19th, 2023: Residents in medical isolation will not be eligible for in-person or video visiting. Those participating in visiting, including family visiting, will no longer be required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination status or a COVID-19 test. CVSP Visiting Status - CVSP " VISITING UPDATE

Chuckawalla Valley State Prison (CVSP) is currently on a modified program. A1 Housing Unit was placed on medical quarantine on March 7, 2023. In-Person Visiting, Video Visitation, and Family Visiting for Facility A1 have been canceled until further notice. CVSP is still open at full capacity for in-person visiting for Facilities A, B, C, & D10. Roadmap to Reopening Phase Status: Effective March 23, 2023 Folsom State Prison, Facility A (Main) and Folsom Minimum Support Facility is in the “OPEN PHASE”. KVSP UPDATE - All facilities are currently operating under Open Phase. Children under 2 are allowed to visit. All other facilities are open and running contact and video visitation. REMINDER Non- Contact visit must be scheduled. Appointments are allowed to be on grounds 1 hour prior to their appointment time; Walk-ins are allowed to be on grounds 30 minutes prior to the walk in time. Walk-in visits ARE NOT GURANTEED. KVSP Visiting Hours: In Person FRI: 1130 – 1830, Walk-ins accepted FRI- 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM, SAT: In person 0800 – 1430, Walk-ins accepted SAT- 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, SUN: Video Visiting 0800-1430. WSP Visiting Status - WSP VISIT UPDATE

Facility A building 1 is on quarantine. The building is on a test-to-program status. If the inmate refuses to test or is positive they will not be able to participate in their visit. WSP-RC continues to offer all day visiting for facilities A and M only. Appointments will not be mandatory and only used for prioritization. If you wish to schedule a visiting appointment utilize the Visitation Scheduling Application (VSA) https://cdcr.gtlvisitme.com/app scheduling application. Visiting Hours are as follows: In-Person: Friday 1130-1800 hours (11:30a.m. to 6:00 p. m.), Saturday, and Designated Holiday’s 0800-1430 hours (8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.), Video Visits: Sunday 0830-1530 hours (8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.) WSP will be offering walk-in visits on Sundays for RECEPTION INMATES.
