CAC Visiting Status - MODIFIED VIDEO ONLY
CAC is providing video ONLY visitation. Each incarcerated person is allowed one free 30-minute video visit every 30 days. Only those individuals who have already been APPROVED as a visitor may make an appointment. VPASS will NO LONGER be used to schedule a visit. CAC will start accepting visiting appointments EVERY Saturday beginning at 8:00am and until Monday 8:00am via EMAIL ONLY. The APPROVED visitor requesting a video visit with an inmate must submit their request to CAC’s video visit email address and shall provide the following; Inmate’s name, CDCR number, the visitor(s) name, date of birth, ID number of an approved identification as specified in CCR,Title 15,Section 3173, relationship to the inmate, email address, and phone number of the person requesting to participate in the video visit. In addition, the requestor is required to provide a copy of their proof of identity with the email. If the adult visitor is not the parent or legal guardian of the minor, a notarized written consent shall be required from a person with legal custody of the minor, authorizing the minor to visit while accompanied by a designated adult. The dates and times are assigned and cannot be changed. As with all visitation at our institutions, visits may be canceled at any time for health and safety reasons. Misconduct by any party during a visit will result in termination of the video visit, and may include disciplinary action. Sierra Conservation is providing video visiting to allow friends and family to safely connect with incarcerated people. Each incarcerated person is allowed one free 30-minute video visit every 30 days with an approved visitor. All institutions will be following public health protocols while conducting video visitation, including physical distancing and sanitation of each station following a visit. As part of CDCRs COVID-19 prevention efforts, the Inmate Visiting Program, including family visiting statewide remains closed until further notice. CDCR recognizes the value of inmate visitation as a means of maintaining family and community ties and preparing inmates for successful release back into society. At this time, CDCR must take extreme precautionary measures in order to protect the health and wellness of all who live, work, and visit within our institutions and make every effort in stopping the spread.

VSP Visiting Status - Video Visiting
Until the VSA is implemented, visitors must continue to request a video visit using the email process at https://www.cdcr.ca.gov/visitors/how-to-schedule-a-cdcr-video-visit/
Approved visitors must claim a VSA account using a desktop computer in advance in order to use the system to schedule a video visit for the weekend of Feb.13 and Feb. 14. You must use this link https://cdcr.gtlvisitme.com/app to claim your account. Once an account is successfully claimed, friends and family will use the VSA beginning Feb. 6 through Feb. 10 to schedule their visit with a loved one at this institution.

Visits will continue to be held on weekends and holidays from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (hours may vary). Each eligible person will be allowed a free 30-minute video visit every 30 days.
